What CompliAce offers
CompliAce provides remote compliance records organisation, date tracking and practical admin support to independent businesses. We review information you provide, help maintain a document register and record missing evidence and next steps within an agreed scope.
The free check
The free business check is an introductory records questionnaire. It does not inspect your premises, verify evidence, certify legal compliance or cover every obligation. “In place” describes your answer, not a verification by CompliAce. Items you mark “not applicable” have not been independently confirmed. Requirements vary by activity, sector, council and UK nation.
Prices and onboarding
Monthly plans are Essentials at £69, Managed at £119 and Plus at £199. Each has a £149 one-off onboarding fee. Prices are in GBP. Any applicable VAT and the total price are shown in your written proposal before you agree.
Essentials covers one location, up to 5 staff and 25 tracked records, with a quarterly remote records review and 30 minutes of admin support per month. Managed covers one location, up to 15 staff and 75 records, with monthly remote records reviews, renewal follow-up, staff and training record tracking, and 60 minutes of admin support per month. Plus covers one location, up to 30 staff and 150 records, with the Managed features, a quarterly records review call, evidence-pack support and 120 minutes of admin support per month.
Admin support time covers document updates, follow-up and enquiries. Unused time does not roll over. Scheduled records reviews are included at the stated frequency; substantive updates and follow-up use the included support time. Onboarding establishes the register and initial action list within your plan’s record limit. Work beyond the plan, additional locations and unusual complexity need a separate agreed quote.
Starting and ending a service
A website enquiry does not create a contract or subscription. Before a paid service starts, we agree a written scope, price, start date, payment arrangements and service terms. Monthly plans are offered on a rolling basis with 30 days’ notice to end the service. Your written agreement confirms how that notice applies.
Work outside these plans
Formal fire risk assessments, site inspections, accredited training, insurance recommendations, employment or legal advice, regulatory representation and third-party fees are outside these plans. We do not act as an appointed competent health and safety adviser under these plans. Where records suggest specialist input is needed, we help identify that next step.
Your role
You remain responsible for your business’s legal obligations, safe operations and decisions. Please provide accurate information, tell us when activities or records change, act on outstanding items and use suitably competent specialists for work that requires them. A recorded date or reminder does not confirm that an underlying assessment, licence or document is suitable.
Information and documents
Please use the website forms only for enquiries and the introductory check. If you choose a service, document sharing and any handling of staff information are agreed during onboarding. Read our privacy notice for information collected by this website.
